Why is Centella good for your skin?
If I would ever tell you that Centella Asiatica belongs to the Apiaceae family and it's related to celery, you would probably never believe me. But that's a fact! Centella is a herb with a long tradition and few nicknames. You probably heard names such as tiger grass or Gotu kola, but Asiatic pennywort might be new to you. This plant grows in many beautiful places like India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia and Madagascar. This plant loves the humid climate. Centella has a wide use - from herbal medicine to culinary. I believe at this point you expect me to say "it's a hanbang ingredient", but Centella's roots are in Ayurveda, and in many African and Asian countries, Centella has been a folk remedy for ages. Its primary use as a folk remedy is to boost your brain as well as to help with anxiety, stomach issues, hepatitis and inflammation of the urinary tract. Centella has wide use in skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis or vitiligo.
We should ask one important question, why Centella is so popular in skincare? To find that out, we should look deeper into Centella. This plant contains substances called " triterpene saponins" - bioactive compounds of many plants. Centella has many of them, but we mostly talk about four different triterpene saponins in skincare: madecassoside, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid. Depending on where the Centella comes from, the number of different triterpene saponins might be a bit different. Madagascar Centella used by Skin1004 is mostly full of these four ingredients I mentioned before. Centella in skincare has many positive effects. If you've got acne-prone skin, you should choose Centella over for example Arbutin. While many of us use strong products to fight pigmentation after a pimple, usually we choose products to fight PIH - post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. That's a mistake because post-acne pigmentation and scars are not PIH, but PIE - post-inflammatory erythema. PIH and PIE are not the same, and how do you treat irritated skin? Not by irritating it more, but instead, we are focusing on calming the skin. Centella is a powerful healing ingredient - it speeds up wound healing. It stimulates collagen production which has positive effects on scars and wrinkles. It strengthens the blood vessels in the skin, that's why it might help with visible blood vessels - especially if your skin is thin, so you might want to add Centella to your skincare.
Centella is not all about skincare, but hair care and body care - it stimulates hair growth and fights cellulite. Using Centella after pregnancy is a clever move!
About the brand
Although the name of each Skin1004 product has "Madagascar" in it, it's not a brand from Madagascar. Skin1004 is a Korean brand, but the inspiration for the brand came from nature. Skin1004 focused on every product created by the brand on Centella Asiatica from Madagascar. Does it matter where the Centella came from? Yes, the environment in which Centella grew can make difference, and Madagascar's Centella is rich in four compounds which in my opinion are mostly useful for my skin (and yours too!) - madecassoside, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid. Skin1004 is free from artificial pigments. Every time we talk about Centella, we talk about Cica, but Skin1004 is focused on TECA aka Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica - asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid. The name Skin1004 sounds like Skin Angel in Korean, and the name is clever since Skin1004 is a true guardian of your skin.
Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-trica BHA Foam - Packaging
Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-trica BHA Foam comes in a paper box with a forest theme. I love Skin1004 design, it's so unique. Even if I don't think that Centella or tea tree reminds me of the forest, it's a nice choice. Inside you can spot a mint/pastel green tube. It's rare to see cleansers in slim, long tubes like this.

Water hides in cosmetic products under names such as Aqua or Eau. It's a solvent, but it's not your regular drinking water. Water in skin care needs to fit some standards. It should be clean and free from minerals, microorganisms or other substances. Usually, water makes up the majority of the content of the product. Myristic Acid is a fatty acid. It works as an emulsifier and cleansing agent. Glycerin or Glycerol is a humectant. Its origin can be natural or synthetic - depending on the product. It protects TEWL (transepidermal water loss) and naturally occurs in the skin. It's one of the NMFs - natural moisturizing factors. It's practical in hair care. Glycerin won't clog your skin or irritate it just the opposite - it protects your skin from irritation. Potassium Hydroxide is a pH adjuster. Stearic Acid is a fatty acid that works as an emollient and emulsifier. Glyceryl Monostearate is an emollient. Propanediol is also known as natural glycol - an alternative to propylene glycol. Propanediol is a solvent with additional moisturizing properties. It makes the product smooth to the touch. It can even improve the effectiveness of active ingredients. Lauryl Hydroxysultaine is a surfactant. Palmitic Acid is a fatty acid, and an oily emollient. It works as an emulsifier. Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is an anionic surfactant. It's biodegradable. Potassium Benzoate is a preservative. Salicylic Acid (0.45%) is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA). It's an exfoliant with keratolytic properties. It normalizes the keratinization process. This acid doesn't only work on the surface of the skin like AHAs, but it goes deep into pores. It might have anti-inflammatory properties, but we know that acne-prone skin loves it. If you have problems with ingrowths or keratosis pilaris then salicylic acid is an ingredient for you. Butylene Glycol is a common ingredient in products. It's not only a solvent. We use butylene glycol because it helps with the penetration of active ingredients, protects products from drying and moisturizes skin and hair. This ingredient can prevent hair loss and make your hair stronger. Sorbitol is an ingredient which you probably know because the food industry uses it too. It's a sugar that normally exists in fruits. In skin care, sorbitol is a moisturizer and thickener. 1,2-Hexanediol is a synthetic solvent and preservative - it protects products from microorganisms by boosting other preservatives. At the same time, it can moisturize the skin, and it has no unpleasant effects on your epidermis. Sodium Chloride is nothing else than well-known salt. In skin care, sodium chloride is a thickener. We also use it as an exfoliant. Centella Asiatica Extract (0.2%) is probably the most popular extract in skincare. It comes under a few names - Asiatic pennywort, tiger grass or Gotu kola. Centella Asiatica's roots are in Ayurveda. This extract is successful because it's a source of triterpene saponins - madecassoside and asiaticoside. Centella Asiatica Extract has anti-inflammatory properties. It speeds up the wound-healing process. You can use it to treat acne since it has soothing and antibacterial properties. It boosts fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin or even helps with hyaluronic acid synthesis. Centella is recommended for rosacea and cellulitis since it helps with blood microcirculation. In hair care, Centella can help with hair growth. Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer is a synthetic polymer and quite a large molecule. It works as a thickener and emulsion stabiliser. Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil (0.2%)or tea tree oil is a good ingredient, it's super helpful in curing acne. It shouldn't be used straight on your skin, it needs to be diluted. It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties just like an extract.
Cetearyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol. In the beauty industry, it's an emollient. Many people associate alcohol with something awful for the epidermis, but not every alcohol is nasty. Cetearyl alcohol leaves a moisturizing film on the skin to prevent your skin from transepidermal water loss (TEWL). We use Cetearyl alcohol to create an emulsion. Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water (0.09%) is a hydrosol of a popular essential oil. You probably know Tea Tree as an essential oil ingredient. EOs are controversial because they are not as safe as people think. Essential oils are similar to Alcohol, some are positive and some are negative because they can cause allergic reactions and be phototoxic or photosensitive. In hydrosol form, this ingredient works as an astringent. You probably know Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract as Neem. It's a plant typical for India, Sri Lanka or Pakistan. Neem comes from Ayurveda, and it's told to have antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Hydrogenated Polydecene is an emollient that leaves a silky, delicate, non-occlusive film on the surface of the skin. This ingredient is ideal for sensitive skin. Arachidic Acid is a thickener derived from peanut oil. Lauric Acid is a fatty acid, it has antibacterial properties. It works as an emulsifier and cleansing agent. Caprylyl Glycol is an oily emollient and humectant. It leaves a moisturizing film on the surface of the skin. Chamaecyparis Obtusa Water or hinoki water is a hydrosol used for its scent. It's also an astringent with antimicrobial properties. Pinus Palustris Leaf Extract is an extract obtained from needles of longleaf pine. It's a source of saccharides, saponin and tannin. It has antimicrobial properties, but in hair care, it can help with hair loss and hair growth.
How does Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-trica BHA Foam work?
In this review, I focus on first impressions, and I have to admit the design, scent and foam are on point - they are all the things I want to see in a great product. I'm aware that not everyone likes scented products, but tea tree products need this characteristic tea tree oil scent. The only problem is that at least for my skin salicylic acid and tea tree oil are not the best combos. Sensitive skin might not tolerate it well, but acne-prone skin should enjoy this one. I have to mention, it's affordable. It reminds me a bit of COSRX Low-pH cleanser but a bit more extra due to the salicylic acid in the formula.
Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner - Packaging
I love the mountains in the packaging of Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner - it kinda fits the concept of the product since it contains mineral salt. Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner - Texture&Scent
If you need a thick Korean toner then Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner is not your choice. It's a watery toner with a delicate scent.

Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) Extract (50.47%) is probably the most popular extract in skincare. It comes under a few names - Asiatic pennywort, tiger grass or Gotu kola. Centella Asiatica's roots are in Ayurveda. This extract is successful because it's a source of triterpene saponins - madecassoside and asiaticoside. Water in skin care needs to fit some standards. It should be clean and free from minerals, microorganisms or other substances. Usually, water makes up the majority of the content of the product. Propanediol is also known as natural glycol - an alternative to propylene glycol. Propanediol is a solvent with additional moisturizing properties. It makes the product smooth to the touch. It can even improve the effectiveness of active ingredients. 1,2-Hexanediol is a synthetic solvent and preservative - it protects products from microorganisms by boosting other preservatives. At the same time, it can moisturize the skin, and it has no unpleasant effects on your epidermis. Hydroxyacetophenone is an antioxidant that is supposed to help preservatives in the formula. Betaine is an amino acid. In skincare products, we use it for its moisturizing properties. Betaine keeps the water balance of the skin. It e wrinkles appear less visible, and it soothes irritated skin. In hair care, betaine doesn't only moisturize the hair. It makes hair soft and shiny. Betaine in cosmetics usually comes from sweet beetroots. It naturally occurs in the skin and hair. Mineral Salt in this case stands for Himalayan pink salt. Panthenol is a humectant. It prevents skin from TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss). Panthenol is also known as vitamin B5, and it helps with irritation. Panthenol can soothe the skin irritated by preservatives, scent ingredients, and chemical sunscreens - it might have a meaning for lipids in our skin and skin barrier. It speeds up the healing process. It's good to use it after sunbathing. In hair care, Panthenol has moisturizing properties. If you have problems detangling your hair or hair growth go for Panthenol. It is good to mix it with niacinamide and zinc oxide. You can see it in products for atopic dermatitis or psoriasis. Ethylhexylglycerin is a preservative with subtle moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. Sodium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate is a polymer and emulsifier. Disodium EDTA neutralizes metal ions in the formula to keep products fresh. Butylene Glycol is a common ingredient in products. It's not only a solvent. We use butylene glycol because it helps with the penetration of active ingredients, protects products from drying and moisturizes skin and hair. This ingredient can prevent hair loss and make your hair stronger. Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract is an anti-inflammatory relative of Salicylic Acid aka BHA. White willow is a source of salicin, catechins and tannins.
Castanea Crenata Shell Extract or Chesnut Shell Extract is a source of ellagic acid and scopoletin. It's an anti-inflammatory humectant that helps with pore care.
Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract is a source of camphor and rosemary acid. It's an antioxidant with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Hyaluronic Acid is an ingredient loved by everyone! Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in the skin. It's a glycosaminoglycan or GAG. What does that mean? It's a long polysaccharide - nothing else than sugar, and we all know what sugars do in the skin. It's not different from Hyaluronic Acid - it acts like a humectant. One HA molecule is supposed to hold up to 1000x heavier molecules than this one single HA molecule. Hyaluronic acid can have different molecular weights - smaller molecules are usually more hydrating than bigger ones. Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid is a low-weight humectant. It's a form of natural moisturizing factor that occurs in our skin - Hyaluronic Acid. The smaller the molecule is, the better it works. Sodium Hyaluronate or sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. It's a form of hyaluronic acid and naturally occurs in the skin. Sodium Hyaluronate has strong water-binding properties. Sodium hyaluronate combined with elastin and collagen is like a scaffolding for the skin. It has hydrating properties and leaves a hydrating film on the skin, but sodium hyaluronate prevents skincare products from drying. Allantoin is an ingredient that naturally occurs in our bodies, but brands usually go for the synthetic form of this substance. It comes from comfrey or soybean roots. It's a humectant with soothing and wound-healing properties. Citric acid is an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) - a delicate exfoliant and a buffering ingredient. It adjusts the pH of the formula. Capryloyl Salicylic Acid is nothing else than lipohydroxy acid. Capryloyl Salicylic Acid is related to salicylic acid. LHA has a bigger molecule which makes it more gentle on the skin than salicylic acid, but that also means Capryloyl Salicylic Acid doesn't work as deep as Salicylic Acid. It removes dead skin cells and balances sebum production. Gluconolactone is a poly-hydroxy acid (PHA) and a gentler cousin of AHA. Brands mostly appreciate this ingredient for its subtle exfoliating properties. It's an ideal exfoliant for sensitive skin. Additionally, Gluconolactone has moisturizing properties, and if you use it for longer, you might see differences in wrinkles. There is also information that Gluconolactone might be a potent antioxidant. In hair care, Gluconolactone helps with the scalp, but also adds moisture to the hair. Sodium Citrate neutralizes metal ions, but it also adjusts the pH. Salicylic Acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA). Glycolic Acid is probably the most intense chemical exfoliator from the AHA group because it's a lightweight acid. What does that mean? It can penetrate your skin more effortlessly than other AHA acids. Brands obtain it from sugar cane, sugar beets or cantaloupe. It's a water-soluble acid, but alcohol is exceptional too. Depending on the concentration, Glycolic Acid can be a weak peel and a good moisturizer or a heavy peel. It increases the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans - they keep your skin hydrated. Glycolic Acid removes the dead cells from your skin to keep it fresh, bright and soft. It removes dark spots and helps with wrinkles because it can boost collagen production. It can even make your skin thicker and improve blood circulation in the skin. It works better at a low pH, and not every person will like it. Sensitive skin might have problems with Glycolic Acid - usually Glycolic Acid hurts my skin even in low concentrations. It's an active ingredient that might cause purging - it's like a breakout after using a new product, and after a few days of using Glycolic Acid - purging should end. Sensitive skin might prefer AHA cousin - PHA. We shouldn't use Glycolic Acid during the summer and if you do Glycolic Acid treatments - sunscreen is a must! Unless you want to see more dark spots on your skin since your skin after a chemical peel doesn't contain a layer of the dead skin, it's more vulnerable to damage from the environment like UVB & UVA.
How does Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner work?
I tried Skin1004 Madagascar Poremizing Clear Toner before. For acne-prone skin it's a great choice, if you need to focus on pore care, it can be helpful since it contains BHA, LHA, Willow Extract and AHA. It's a good formula, and at least for my skin, it's more tolerable than cleansing foam.

We have to remember that not every molecule can get through the skin surface and lower molecule HA can penetrate the skin deeper and bring moisture inside the skin. It's a natural polymer that binds water in the skin to prevent TEWL (transepidermal water loss). Hedera Helix (Ivy) Leaf/Stem Extract is a source of rutin, p-coumaric acid and isoquercitrin. It has anti-inflammatory properties and enhances blood circulation. Hydrolyzed Collagen is a humectant with a smaller molecular weight than Collagen. It binds water to prevent TEWL (transepidermal water loss). It makes hair easier to detangle. Solanum Melongena (Eggplant) Fruit Extract is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredient. Equisetum Arvense (Horsetail) Extract is a source of cobalt and flavonoids. This ingredient strengthens the hair, but for the skin, it has anti-inflammatory properties. Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract is a source of oleuropein, kaempferol, squalene and tannin. It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It's an antioxidant with brightening and moisturising properties. It soothes the skin and makes the swelling go away. It prevents photoaging, and it boosts blood circulation which means it can have a positive effect on body care products. Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit Extract is an antioxidant and a source of flavonoids and natural acids like citric acid. Cranberry Fruit Extract has important meaning for blood vessels - it strengths them and prevents the formation of fresh telangiectasias (or spider veins) and helps with swelling. It fights damage caused by free radicals. Fructan is a polysaccharide, it has some moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties. It leaves a film on the surface of the skin. Ocimum Sanctum Leaf Extract aka Holy Basil is a source of eugenol, linalool, rosmarinic acid, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, rosmarinic acid and more. It's another ingredient used in traditional medicine. In skincare products, Holy Basil has anti-inflammatory effects. Sophora Japonica Flower Extract is a source of flavonoids, rutin and kaempferol. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It strengthens the blood vessels and can help with hair loss. Turmeric in products for acne skin is not a surprise for me, but what does Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract do in other products? Turmeric has wide use in traditional medicine - not only in Ayurveda but Chinese Traditional Medicine. It's an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, that's why it works so well on acne. It might help with pigmentation, but if you have post-acne inflammation, then using soothing ingredients and substances that speed up wound healing helps with the redness left after acne. Algae in beauty exist in many different forms. Corallina Officinalis Extract is an antioxidant and colourant.
How does Skin1004 Madagascar Hyalu-Cica Moisture Cream work?
Skin1004 Madagascar Hyalu-Cica Moisture Cream texture is a big surprise. It's a moisturizing, milky gel texture - it's neither gel nor cream. It's something in between, but you can feel that Glycerin is a base ingredient. It does moisturise the skin, and if you need an affordable moisturizer then I think Skin1004 Madagascar Hyalu-Cica Moisture Cream is a good choice.
Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light SPF30 PA++++ - Packaging

Water hides in a cosmetic products under names such as Aqua or Eau. It's a solvent, but it's not your regular drinking water. Water in skin care needs to fit some standards. It should be clean and free from minerals, microorganisms or other substances. Usually, water makes up the majority of the content of the product. Zinc Oxide is mostly known as mineral sunscreen, but this ingredient has other ways of application too. Zinc Oxide protects the skin from UVA I, UVA II and UVB wavelengths. It usually leaves a white tint (unless you use a nano version of zinc oxide, it might leave no white tint or less white tint due to the size of particles). It's also a pigment with antibacterial properties. You can find it in some formulas for acne-prone skin or even get zinc pills as an oral acne treatment (contact your dermatologist first if you think about zinc as a dietary supplement since not everyone tolerates it, and too much zinc is also bad for your health). It also works as a thickener. Propanediol is also known as natural glycol - an alternative to propylene glycol. Propanediol is a solvent with additional moisturizing properties. It makes the product smooth to the touch. It can even improve the effectiveness of active ingredients. Dicaprylyl Carbonate is a dry emollient. It prevents your skin from TEWL (transepidermal water loss) and makes your skin barrier stronger. It makes your skin velvet in touch. In hair care, Dicaprylyl Carbonate supports your hair condition from difficulties like exposure to cold and warm temperatures. It prevents hair from dryness. It can be used as a solvent or emulsifier. Butylene Glycol is a common ingredient in products. It's not only a solvent. We use butylene glycol because it helps with the penetration of active ingredients, protects products from drying and moisturizes skin and hair. This ingredient can prevent hair loss and make your hair stronger. Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride is a combination of coconut oil and glycerin. It's a special emollient, quite common in skincare. It leaves a protective film on the surface of the epidermis to save your cutis from dehydration. Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride has a significant role in skin care products - it makes the application process effortless. Some people might experience pore-clogging after using Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, but pore-clogging and skin reactions to ingredients are individual. What works for you might not work for someone else. Centella Asiatica Extract (29,400PPM) is probably the most popular extract in skincare.
Polyglyceryl-3 Distearate is an emulsifier. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 - a vitamin soluble in water. It helps with problems like wrinkles, acne, skin texture, and enlarged pores and promotes collagen synthesis. Niacinamide makes the skin barrier stronger. It might be handy in cellulite treatments. Do you want to fight pigmentation or uneven skin? Try to mix niacinamide with Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Vitamin C, Tranexamic Acid or Retinol. Caprylyl Methicone is an alkylmethyl silicone and emollient. It has a waxy texture, and it makes the product easier to apply. It works great with natural ingredients and pigment. It's a volatile silicone so you don't have to worry - it disappears almost right after application. C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate is an emollient with antimicrobial properties. 1,2-Hexanediol is a synthetic solvent and preservative - it protects products from microorganisms by boosting other preservatives. At the same time, it can moisturize the skin, and it has no unpleasant effects on your epidermis. Pentylene Glycol is mostly a solvent and stabilizer, but it has great moisturizing properties. Portulaca Oleracea is a succulent, and plant used in Korean traditional medicine. It's a source of vitamins A, C and E, omega-3 acids and calcium. Portulaca Oleracea Extract is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. It can help speed up wound healing that's why people with acne-prone skin, sensitive skin and PIE should look up to this ingredient in products. Houttuynia Cordata Extract is an ingredient that some people with acne-prone skin love while for me, my experience was not bad but still all hail Centella! Houttuynia Cordata is a plant, which we still use in Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, it's also known as Heart Leaf or Chinese lizard tail. Funny fact about Houttuynia - it's also called Fish Wort, Fish Leaf, etc. because it's an edible plant and it usually leaves a fishy aftertaste. I eat fish a lot, but I'm not a fan of the fishy taste of low-quality matcha (yep, I'm a tea & fish snob) so I don't think I would enjoy it, I'll stay with enjoying Houttuynia magic in skincare. Houttuynia is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Polyhydroxystearic Acid is probably the most interesting ingredient in the entire formula besides sunscreen agents. Polyhydroxystearic Acid is added to formulas based on mineral sunscreens - Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide to make them easier to apply evenly and make the white cast problem less annoying. Glyceryl Stearate is an emollient with emulsifying properties. Sodium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate is a polymer and emulsifier.
Triethoxycaprylylsilane helps to spread pigment evenly. Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, the name says that it's related to glycerin and citric acid. It's an emulsifier and emollient. Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 is a thickener, it helps create elegant, non-sticky formulas. Methylpropanediol is a solvent with antimicrobial properties. Ethylhexylglycerin is a preservative with subtle moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. Xanthan Gum is a polysaccharide that works as a thickener. Adenosine naturally occurs in the skin. One of the adenosine's roles in our bodies is being a neurotransmitter. In skin care, we use adenosine for its anti-wrinkle properties. Adenosine is an anti-inflammatory ingredient. It can boost collagen production. At the same time, it speeds up the healing process. Adenosine can have positive effects on reducing redness. In hair care, adenosine can help with hair loss. t-Butyl Alcohol is a solvent with a scent similar to camphor. It's common in perfumes. Biosaccharide Gum-1 is a product of sorbitol fermentation. It's a polysaccharide - nothing else than sugar, and sugar in skincare usually has moisturizing properties. Biosaccharide Gum-1 also has calming and soothing properties. You might want to use it with hyaluronic acid for longer and stronger hydration. Madecassic Acid is a bioactive part of Centella Asiatica. It's an antioxidant with calming properties. It can help with sensitive skin and wounds by speeding up the healing process. Asiaticoside is one of the terpenoids found in Centella Asiatica. It's a substance with antioxidant properties. This terpenoid can improve your skin by speeding up the wound-healing process. It can also help with wrinkles and boost collagen production. Asiatic Acid is a terpenoid found in Centella Asiatica. This ingredient stimulates collagen production and wound healing. It has soothing properties, but it's also an antioxidant.
How does Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light SPF30 PA++++ work?
For me, Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light SPF30 PA++++ has one problem - low SPF. I tried SPF50 sunscreen from Skin1004 (review is coming to Kherblog), and I have to admit both formulas are very similar - lightweight, they work well with makeup, and they don't leave a white cast. If it wasn't the fact that the SPF value in this product is low, I would totally recommend it, but if you prefer SPF30 over SPF50 then Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light SPF30 PA++++ is a product worth a try.
Where I can buy Skin1004 products?
I recommend ordering Skin1004 products from their official website or Amazon store, but many shops carry this brand as well.
Overall, new products from Skin1004 seem to fit many different skin needs. It's not a surprise that this brand grew so much in the last few years.
